Hi, I’m Nathan (BSc, MSc, SENR)
I’m a Performance Nutritionist, Personal Trainer, and Sports Massage Therapist based in Midhurst, West Sussex.
With degrees in Sport & Exercise Science and Applied Sport & Exercise Nutrition, along with full SENR accreditation, I use evidence-based methods to help individuals overcome the barriers holding them back - whether that’s inconsistent eating, lack of structure in training, low energy, slow recovery, or frustration with progress. I’ve supported everyone from busy parents and London commuters to competitive athletes, helping them cut through confusion and achieve results that actually stick.

Yes - every aspect of your training and nutrition plan(s) are tailored specifically to your goals, experience level, lifestyle, and preferences. There are no generic programmes. I consider you as a person, your available equipment, schedule, fitness history, and goals to build something that fits to you specifically as an individual.

Your meal guidance or macro plan will be fully tailored to suit any allergies, intolerances, or dietary preferences - whether you're vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, or follow another specific approach. You'll receive practical, enjoyable options that support your goals and fit your needs.

Yes - progress doesn't require a gym membership. Your plan will be created considering your available equipment and space, whether that's at home, outdoors, or using minimal kit.
