Hi, I’m Nathan (BSc, MSc, SENR)

I’m a Performance Nutritionist, Personal Trainer, and Sports Massage Therapist based in Midhurst, West Sussex.

With degrees in Sport & Exercise Science and Applied Sport & Exercise Nutrition, and accreditation from the Sport and Exercise Nutrition Register (SENR), I combine scientific expertise with hands-on experience to help clients of all ages, abilities, and lifestyles reach their goals. Trusted by everyone from busy parents to elite athletes, I’ve delivered proven results across fitness, performance, and wellbeing.

Led by Nathan Spice, an SENR-registered Performance Nutritionist, we deliver results through science-backed coaching designed around you and your goals.

  • Online coaching gives you structure, accountability, and expert guidance from wherever you are. You'll receive personalised training and nutrition plans delivered via my coaching app, with weekly check-ins, adjustments as needed, and full support through messaging and email.

    Whether you train in the gym or at home, the process is built around your lifestyle.

  • Yes - every aspect of your training (and nutrition plan(s) is tailored specifically to your goals, experience level, lifestyle, and preferences. There are no generic programmes. I consider you as a person, your available equipment, schedule, fitness history, and goals to build something that fits to you specifically as an individual.

  • Absolutely. Your meal guidance or macro plan will be fully tailored to suit any allergies, intolerances, or dietary preferences - whether you're vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, or follow another specific approach. You'll receive practical, enjoyable options that support your goals and fit your needs.

  • Yes - progress doesn't require a gym membership. Your plan will be created considering your available equipment and space, whether that's at home, outdoors, or using minimal kit.
