4. NUTRIENT TIMING

Once the basics are in place, nutrient timing can take your performance to the next level. Strategically planning meals and fluids around your training helps maximise output and speed up recovery — especially important for athletes or anyone training at a high level.

5. SUPPLEMENTS

Finally, supplements. These should fill gaps, not replace food. A well-structured plan always starts with real, whole foods first — then uses targeted supplementation when it actually supports your goals.
